Sundays at 10:30 am, connect with God in worship and get your week off to a great start.

Throughout the year, a staffed nursery and kids' activity packs are available. Join in a time of fellowship after the worship service.

Christian Education is a Top Priority at First UMC

In the best Methodist tradition, First United Methodist Church of Oak Lawn seeks to make Christian education a life-long process. We offer Sunday School for all ages at 9:00 am, confirmation classes, youth enrichment events, and small group opportunities.

Opportunities for Youth

In addition to Sunday morning classes, our junior high and high school students participate in United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF) on Sunday evenings and at special events throughout the year. Our young people are big on fellowship and committed to meaningful service, and have a blast doing both.
